Looking for intelligent, tech savy, hands on individuals for Assistant Banquets Manager


Looking for candidates that are eager up and coming individuals who want to learn and grow.

• Event Planning and Coordination : Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, create event proposals, and manage contracts. Coordinate seating arrangements, decor, entertainment, and food and beverage service to meet client expectations.
• Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and policies. Lead teams during events to maintain smooth operations.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, manage inventory of supplies such as linens and decorations, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Budget and Resource Management : Monitor event budgets, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure resources are available and used efficiently.
• Collaboration with Departments : Work closely with culinary, audio-visual, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
