Associate HR Project Manager

With a history as a stable and growing employer, join us as an Associate HR Project Manager, coordinating meetings, planning events and onboarding new employees for Uline's Merchandising and Purchasing departments.

Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

• Support daily corporate operations by distributing communications and assisting with various projects.

• Organize and schedule a retreat for top Uline executives, as well as offsite department meetings.

• Plan special department outings, activities and quarterly meetings.

• Manage training and new employee on-boarding for Uline's Merchandising and Purchasing departments.

• Work with department trainers to ensure sessions are effective and informative for new hires.

• Partner with business leaders to create specialized trainings.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• 5+ years' experience in a corporate environment or event planning.

• Excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills.
