Madison Beach Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Cook who treats mornings like an art form—where every plate feels intentional, every detail matters, and every sunrise is part of the experience. At our luxury beach resort, breakfast isn’t just a meal—it’s a quiet moment of indulgence. Fresh pastries still warm, eggs cooked exactly to preference, fruit arranged like it belongs in a gallery. This is where you come in. Compensation: $19.00-$23.00 based on experience The ideal candidate for this position

• Experience in breakfast or line cooking (or the skill to make it look effortless)
• A strong sense of timing, presentation, and pride in your craft
• The ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• An appreciation for hospitality that goes beyond the plate
• Early-morning reliability—sunrise waits for no one
• High school diploma or equivalent required, culinary degree preferred.
• Clear understanding of menu items

• Craft elevated breakfast dishes with precision and consistency—from delicate omelets to beautifully plated seasonal specials
• Anticipate the rhythm of a luxury service: calm, seamless, and never rushed (even when it is)
• Work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients that deserve respect—and a little creativity
• Maintain an immaculate, professional kitchen space that reflects our standards
• Collaborate with a culinary team that values excellence, detail, and quiet confidence
