As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating them on services. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed product knowledge across various home improvement categories. Your responsibility will also include accurately entering customer data into CRM systems and identifying opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service updates.
Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather additional information.
Provide scripted product knowledge across multiple home improvement categories.
Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives.
Escalate complex inquiries to higher-level agents or supervisors as appropriate.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences on every interaction.
Consistently meet or exceed call handling, scheduling, and accuracy targets.
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, available at either Bedford Heights or Twinsburg locations. Training is conducted onsite from 10 AM to 3 PM during the first week of work. The Twinsburg location offers shifts starting on 2/23 and 3/9, with rotational Saturdays. Shifts are from 1 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 11:30 AM to 8 PM on Fridays, with remote work to start. The Bedford location offers shifts starting on 3/2, with options for 8 AM to 4 PM or 1 PM to 9 PM, three weekdays, and every Saturday and Sunday onsite. Alternatively, shifts are available from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
