CommunityCare Kistler Clinic , affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking an internal medicine trained physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program . CommunityCare Kistler is located in Wilkes-Barre, approximately 2 hours northwest of Philadelphia .

Outpatient only clinic schedule - variable work week
Physician/APP panel sharing model
Nurse call center to assist with on-call work load
Nurse coordinators support high needs patients
Centralized prescription refill team
Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services
Epic EMR – Universal throughout Geisinger

Residency/Fellow stipend – up to $45k available
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
