Your New Role

  • Lead commercial construction projects in Louisville, KY from planning through completion

  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and scheduling to meet deadlines

  • Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving

  • Oversee job site activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues in the field

  • Communicate updates with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership

  • Maintain project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and change orders

  • Use construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog to track progress and documentation

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, renovations, and tenant build-outs

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms preferred

  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
