Entry-Level Water Treatment Technician (Apprentice – Paid Training)

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience) + Overtime + Benefits

No prior experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training and a clear path to advancement into a full Technician role.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including: 
  • Water softeners and filtration systems.
  • Reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
• Support service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work alongside experienced technicians in the field.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

What You’ll Learn (Paid Training):

• Water treatment system installation and service.
• Reverse osmosis and UV purification systems.
• Pressure tanks and residential well system basics.
• Equipment diagnostics and repair.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical work.
• Field service or installation experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment:

• Field-based role at residential customer locations.
• Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
