Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Impact - Collaborate directly with hiring managers to analyze attrition rates, evaluate new business initiatives, and forecast retirement replacements to map out proactive staffing strategies.
- Lead structured intake sessions with hiring managers to establish robust recruitment plans, set clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align on expectations.
- Proactively source candidates, leverage behavioral interview techniques, review credentials, and utilize behavioral assessments to ensure candidates are an ideal cultural and competency fit.
- Formulate equitable salary offers, secure hiring manager approvals, and expertly extend comprehensive offer packages
What You’ll Bring to the Table - Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of professional experience.
- Proficiency utilizing internet vehicles, advanced search engines, job boards, social networking tools, blogs, and email marketing to discover passive talent.
- Prior talent acquisition experience within a Healthcare environment (Preferred)
Work Logistics & Schedule: - Competitive Pay: $25-$38/hr.
- Hybrid Model: Local to Altamonte Springs
- Mon to Fri, typical business hours
- Must be able to conduct quarterly on-site visits and actively assist with in-person hiring events.
