In this role, you will engage in a variety of surgical and clinical procedures, enhancing the quality of patient care while collaborating with a skilled team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be vital in performing complex surgeries and managing patient treatment plans in the fields of Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
• Perform surgical procedures in Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Provide patient education on post-operative care and recovery
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery
• Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Associate-level experience in Otolaryngology and/or Plastic Surgery
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florence
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Knowledge of current medical practices and technologies in the field

Schedule: Call coverage

Level II trauma center

Daily Volume: 5-6 consults

Procedures: Mandibles, oribital floors, lid lacerations

Facility: 500+ beds

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible in ENT, plastic surgery, or oral surgery
