9 months in, and our New York City location is already one of the hardest reservations in the country —fully booked 14 days in advance , even in May / June. While many restaurants slow down after the holidays, our dining room remains electric, nightly.

Compensation Details

• Training wage: $17.00/hour (paid training)

• Post-training tipped wage: $11.35/hour
  (based on $17.00 – $5.65 tip credit)
