Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing team in Leola, PA. 

This person is a dynamic leader who embodies servant leadership and operational excellence to drive safety, quality, and efficiency across a large-scale manufacturing operation. This individual will leverage data-driven decision-making, financial acumen, and continuous improvement methodologies to inspire teams, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results.

• Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, production efficiency, and service.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing team across multiple operations.

Competencies

• Proven leadership managing department managers – with groups of 500+.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean principles – to include OpEx principles
• Ability to analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Use of data to make decisions.

Key Experience & Skills

• Multi-shift or continuous operations.
• Plastics processing or packaging industry.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
