Position Summary
Triad Journey Church is prayerfully seeking a Full-Time Pastor who is called by God to shepherd our church through biblical preaching, spiritual leadership, pastoral care, discipleship, and evangelism. The pastor will lead the congregation in fulfilling the Great Commission and growing in Christlikeness.
Primary Responsibilities
Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity and faithfulness
Provide spiritual leadership and vision for the church
Shepherd the congregation through pastoral care, prayer, and counseling
Lead discipleship and leadership development
Encourage evangelism, outreach, and missions
Work with deacons/committees in church administration and ministry planning
Lead in the ordinances (Baptism and the Lord’s Supper)
Qualifications
Meets biblical qualifications (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9)
In agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000
Demonstrates humility, integrity, and servant leadership
Seminary training and pastoral experience preferred
Compensation
Salary and allowances are based on qualifications and church budget.
(Housing allowance/parsonage and benefits may be included.)
