Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Pharmacy Technician for a contract opportunity in Montehiedra, San Juan, PR. This role is ideal for a licensed pharmacy professional with strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.

The Pharmacy Technician will support prescription processing, pharmacy order management, and day-to-day pharmacy operations in a professional healthcare services environment. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, hands-on pharmacy experience, and the chance to work with a collaborative team focused on accuracy, service, and patient support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with prescription processing, documentation, and pharmacy workflow support.
- Process pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and supporting patient or client needs.
- Use computer systems, Microsoft Office, telephones, and related tools to complete daily pharmacy tasks.
- Maintain organized records and support compliance with pharmacy procedures and service standards.
- Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned by the team.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
- Location: Montehiedra, San Juan, PR.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary. (6 to 9 months of contract)

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assist with prescription processing and pharmacy order management.
- Provide bilingual customer service in a pharmacy or healthcare support setting.
- Use computer systems, Microsoft Office, and telephone communication to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and complete assigned workflow tasks.

- Current Pharmacy Technician License.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred based on role level.
- Previous experience in customer service or an office environment using computers and telephones.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule in Montehiedra, San Juan.
