Position Summary:

Lead and support capital engineering projects from concept through execution and closeout
Coordinate installation commissioning and validation of manufacturing and packaging equipment
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency uptime and throughput
Develop project scopes timelines budgets and technical specifications
Manage contractors vendors and third-party integrators
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g. HACCP FDA USDA where applicable)
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues within production environments
Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma OEE optimization)
Maintain accurate documentation including P&IDs SOPs and engineering drawings
Assist in plant layout line optimization and capacity planning
