Professional Mover / Driver

Full-Time | Salary based on experience

McCorquodale Transfer is looking for a Professional Mover to join a team of movers on-site and on the road. This is not just a driving job, it's a position with room to grow & advance quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Join a team during local and regional deliveries
Safely operate company trucks
Load, transport, and unload furniture and other items with care
Provide exceptional customer service at delivery sites
Maintain professionalism and a clean appearance at all times
Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients to ensure smooth operations
Follow all safety protocols to protect the team, property, and equipment

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
Willingness to work early mornings with occasional travel
Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
Comfortable leading by example

Preferred but Not Required

Experience in moving, delivery, or logistics
Warehouse experience or forklift operation
Experience with route planning or scheduling

Schedule

Full-time (40+ hrs/week)
Monday - Friday
Morning shift start times

This position requires you to drive one of our company trucks. To do so, you must:
1. Be over the age of 21
2. Have at least 2 years driving experience in the US
3. Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
4. Have a clean driving record
5. Have a valid drivers license.
