Position Summary

It is the front desk Receptionists who serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building. The receptionist is responsible for processing new and repeat guests, as well as ensuring recreational and medical guests are processed in alignment with Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Answer general customer inquiries.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Complete daily checklists and cleaning cycles throughout shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Verify customer ID to ensure validity to follow state compliance guidelines.
• Maintain updated records of customers and notate their profiles as needed.
• Receive, verify, and distribute mail and other packages that arrive for the company.
• They allow access to dispensary guests, employees, answer questions, give directions and manage the flow of traffic in the business.
• Explain the Company’s procedures and policies to customers and ensure smooth processing.
• Provide superior customer service by exuding a friendly, easygoing, and professional demeanor.
• Consistently maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company’s Brand Standards.
• Participate in in-house modeling programs, special events, functions, marketing campaigns and advertising and performs model/ambassador tasks.
• Maintain Social platforms as indicated by management; post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.

• Be well informed of information and knowledge shared on the Company’s communication platforms, and actively seek additional knowledge.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Data entry skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple calculations.
• Possess a valid Nevada Agent Card.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting business demands.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and handle or feel objects.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more, without assistance.
