With an increasing reliance on digital communications with our members, employees, industry stakeholders and the community, Healthfirst is looking for a social media visionary with strong knowledge and skills to strengthen the company’s brand awareness and reputation in the social media space. The Senior Social Media Manger must work across strategy, execution, and measurement, from driving overall engagement strategy to working with our creative team to develop compelling content, to optimizing and analyzing performance.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; major in Social Media, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism
Strong knowledge and experience with social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat
Expertise with social media planning tools such as Hootsuite or Social Studio
Proficiency with social listening, posting, and analytics tools.
Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Ability to multitask, exceptional time management skills
Strong writing skills that reflect the brand’s objectives and current cultural trends
Critical thinker and problem solver
Attention to detail
Great interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to work in teams and build good working relationships

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
