Are you ready to turn complex designs into reality? We’re looking for a Senior Life Safety Systems Drafter / BIM Designer to help create environments where safety and innovation meet. From semiconductor plants to state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class designs for globally recognized clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform computer-aided drafting and design for life safety and security systems in advanced facilities.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create and coordinate 3D BIM models with architects and engineers.
• Assist in developing layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM leak detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security/Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, delivering accurate, constructible solutions.

• Proven experience in drafting and BIM design, ideally in life safety systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Here's what you'll need

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 10 years of AutoCAD experience 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• 3-5 years of Revit design experience
• Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code
• Knowledge of Fire/Life Safety systems and manufacturer equipment
• Industrial design experience
• Autodesk Certification Professional ACP or other drafting technologies certifications

Posted Salary Range: Upper

The base salary range for this position is $80,600.00 to $120,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
