Role Description
The Health and Services Sector of Leidos is seeking a Tableau Developer responsible for developing, designing, and configuring data analytics solutions that support data gathering and aggregation to deliver efficient, high-quality service reporting that drives continuous improvement. This role is contingent upon contract award and requires US Citizenship, current location in the UNITED STATES, and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Collaborates to understand program requirements, client objectives, and end-user experience needs to develop and configure appropriate Tableau reporting functionality.
- Incorporates the analytical framework into the reporting infrastructure to accurately capture and integrate diverse data sets from multiple data platforms.
- Works closely with others to ensure that solutions are properly designed and configured to feed the program-tailored dynamic dashboards and reports housed in Leidos Connect Platform.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Tableau solutions that support enterprise reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data models aligned with program objectives.
- Incorporate analytical frameworks established by the Tableau Analyst into the Tableau reporting infrastructure to integrate diverse datasets across multiple platforms.
- Administer the program’s Power Platform environments, including environment management, licensing, governance, connectivity, and security configurations.
- Support end-to-end lifecycle activities for Power Platform solutions, including development, testing, deployment, optimization, and maintenance.
- Manage and track data and reporting requests, including intake, prioritization, approval workflows, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting deliverables through validation, testing, and adherence to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support system upgrades, and develop content that provides actionable insights to leadership.
- Recommend and implement process improvements related to data intake, data validation, data modeling, visualization, and communication of analytics deliverables.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by leveraging data analysis techniques to uncover optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures and governance controls.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of development or analytical experience, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Tableau and broader Power Platform stack.
- Experience working with relational databases and programming concepts related to data modeling and transformation.
- Experience managing Power Platform environments, licensing, and governance.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps, or similar tools for development and version control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
- Ability to successfully pass criminal history, fingerprint background checks, and credential verification required.
- Ability to maintain and retain suitability investigation and clearance as required.
- Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
- This position requires a separate, quiet, private, confidential space to work from, as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home). Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.

Salary Information
- Anticipated salary: $116,985.26 to $123,142.38
- Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
