InZone is a social gaming platform built to give indie game developers the distribution and monetization infrastructure they never had. In our first month — while still in stealth — we added 12 games from developers with over 1 million downloads and 1 billion play sessions combined.

We're launching publicly in a couple of days and we're building the founding cohort that will shape what this platform becomes.

We are early. We are building something generational. And we want the right developers in the room from the start.

What we're building together

Most platforms take 30% and leave you to figure out discovery on your own. InZone is different. We plug directly into your existing Unity mobile game — no rebuilding, no touching your mechanics — and add the social layer that turns a game into a community experience. Challenges, leaderboards, share cards, AI-powered in-game chat, and a coin economy where you keep 90% of every transaction.

We are focused on mobile-first games. Your game should be built to be played on a phone.

You will:

  • Bring your existing Unity mobile game onto the platform and wire the social layer in under 1 hour
  • Actively rally your community around your game when you go live — challenges, leaderboards, and live social loops work because you activate them
  • Build multiplayer or socially driven mechanics that drive invites, return sessions, and real engagement
  • Iterate based on real retention data — Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, referrals per session, coin activity
  • Help shape what the founding cohort of InZone looks like and what this platform becomes

You should have:

  • A Unity mobile game that is live or close to live
  • An active online community around your game — Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, itch.io, Reddit, Instagram
  • Experience building multiplayer or socially driven game loops
  • The drive to bring your players with you and keep them engaged on the platform
  • Comfort operating at the earliest stage of something with real ambition

Nice to have:

  • Previously launched a game that found a real audience
  • Experience building games with strong social return behavior
  • Background in consumer social, multiplayer gaming, or community-led growth
