Summary of position: This position would be primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.
Must be able to work morning shifts starting at 5am. Varied/Flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
