As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Associate in Whippany NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location you will conduct routine patrols remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a professional environment while responding to site needs with agility reliability innovation teamwork and integrity making a meaningful impact for employees visitors and the community each day.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby offices common areas parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing employee entry procedures and/or delivery coordination in accordance with location protocols and security-related requirements.
• Support daily operations by communicating clearly with staff and visitors maintaining professional presence and completing required logs reports and other assigned security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
